Anybody deal with The Rifle Shoppe in Oklahoma?

I've placed an order with them using a CC and also made an email inquiry and 'no response'. Wondering if anyone has dealt with them and if the lack of communications is normal and a way of keeping their costs down.
The info on their site indicates they ship to Canada so not sure what is going on.......other that nothing.

I ve dealt with them their products are A -one but unfortunately the wait times can be extremely long especially if they don t have your item currently in stock.There are a lot of horror stories on several muzzle loading forums about people waiting years for their parts,and yes they are known for their lack of communication, it is basically a hit or miss with them in getting your parts right away
