Anybody else have a problem with MFS - Hungarian ammo?

I got some of this MFS 9mm for cheap a while back. I don't shoot it all that often, but when I do, both of my 9mm guns (Baby Eagle, Sig 229) either choke on it or doesn't go bang. it's not a light primer strike issue either as all other ammo works fine and it happens to both guns.

It's not a huge problem as I don't mind practicing stoppages ever now and again, just trying to gauge if anyone else has issues with this stuff.

I bought some MFS 30-06 ammo. The first batch is OK then I got more and it was a different lot number. I had split necks with numerous cases and the accuracy wasn't that hot. Then when I went to reload it, I ripped off the bases.... it all went to the trash.
