Anybody ever bought scopes by mail from Wholesale Sports

This is the 2nd time it happened. The first time I bought a Bushnell scope, I could not turn the knobs. Had to return it to them and they replaced it.

This time I bought a Tasco Pro Point and it came in turned on to "4" with the batteries either drained or dead.

Has this ever happened to you ?

I have got three bushnells banners from them with no problems.

Maybe just an unlucky couple?

No, but I bought a powder scale from SIR (actually my wife bought it for me as a gift) and the wrong scale was in the box. After I returned it and got the right scale, the pan was wrong and didn't balance with the scale they'd given me. Shows the value of some of the manufacturors that use paper seals on the boxes so you know it's never been opened and messed with.
