Anybody in Ontario hunt fall bear yet?

Holy Hanna bears are like ants....Christ almighty there all over up here .....lots of small ones and mothers with 2...3 cubs ....and there bold....I take a sling shot to scare them away....I hit them like 2..3 times and they still won’t go away....a couple of yelps but that’s it.....there are and I kid you not bears all over it crazy how many there are ......
One time there were more bears than I had shells ....I had to play music on my phone to kinda push them away so I could walk out of bush...!!
 
Went to camp on the long weekend and set up our 7 bait sites. By the third day all but one bait was getting hit and two of them had multiple bears ranging from 150pds to about 300pds. The baits are doing better this year than they have for the last number of years. The bears seem very active and hungry coming in during the daylight hours. Heading back up tomorrow for a week and a half. Should be a great hunt.

Tried last weekend and no luck but I didn't bait. Just sat in my treestand, enjoyed the peace and quiet and ended falling asleep for an hour and woke up in time for the magic hour.

Corn and rolled oats was placed out and will try again this coming weekend.
