anybody know khan O/U shotguns

I would like to get a 3 1/2 12ga O/U but I dont have budget for a browning
so this one little over 500$ seems interesting
il would be used for sea ducks a couple of times each year (salt water)

I have read that the firing pins are weak, but make new ones every 500 shots is not an issue for me

I would like to know if there is othe problems ti expect from them

I have a tristar setter made by khan. The chokes will not take steel even though they say they do. Mod choke with #3 steel blew out the choke body. The barrel selector does not work. The internals are rough and show machine scars. Yes scars.

Despite all this I like the gun. It fits well. They are light and with 3.5" shells I'd bet the wrist will crack in short order

Suggest spend a bit more and get the CZ.....it would be a far better finished firearm in every aspect when those two turkish brands are compared. In terms of the hunting condition mentioned, may be best to go for the Baikal MP-153 semi in synthetic and it won't be far off the budget either.

unless CZ have a new gun out, they dont have o/u or sXs 3 1/2 12 ga
I also have a mp153 which is a very good hunting machine and a 870 also in 3 1/2 but I realy like doubles and I dont want to bring my sxs 10 ga on salt water

I don't know of any sxs's in 12ga that are 3.5" guns. Browning has a few models in o/u. I've heard hatsan and kral have one but haven't seen it personally
