Just found this K98 this afternoon at Longueil Gun Show.
I know it's a K98, Mauser banner dated 1933, laminated stock, very nice finish, at the trigger guard/magazine assembly, two lock screws holes have been professionaly filed.
This rifle is in mint like new condition.
No German military proof mark on this rifle, but, full military.
So, do you think it's a kind of sample for a contract or commercial rifle?
