I've had little luck the times I've emailed. However, they've been very helpful when I phoned. Perhaps that would be your best bet!

They have more expensive Norinco ammo, but only local pick up (somewhere in Quebec). No mail delivery.

Yeah I emailed him, he is located in Sherbrooke and all his stuff is pick-up only.
