This goes to show what happens when people who don't do their homework bid/pay outrageous amounts for items they know nothing about.

I'll bet if I leave my Marstar repro sling outside for a month with 10W40 slathered all over it and fake-stamp a WaA on it, it'll look just like that sling... lol.

In my opinion, the sling is original, but the WaA stamp is a modern stamped addition.

I have an all correct authentic "early period" sling WaA63 marked with SS "runes" on my 1939 JP Sauer K98k and I only paid $120 Cdn.

The pics are in the MKB under the rifle indicated above.
