Anybody shoot trap league at Edmonton Gun Club?

Since moving to the city I don't get to shoot as much as i did before and definitely not as much as I would like.

I was looking online and found the Edmonton Gun Club and was reading about their Spring and Summer Trap Leagues.

My Hope was for myself and my girlfriend to join the league and be able to shoot once a week.

Just wondering if anyone has been or is a member of this league and had any comments for/against it being worth the drive?

I never shot the spring or summer league but have shot lots of registered targets there. I think it's worth the drive, especially if you're in Edmonton to begin with. If Joe or Fred and his wife Pat shoot the spring league...well they are some of the friendliest people you could wish to meet and shoot with.

Thanks for the info. I think I will give it a try, I need an excuse to do some more shooting.

I shoot the spring and summer league at EGC. It's a great time. Intended for friendly competition, not too serious at all.
