Anybody use Match 338 Lapua for moose hunting?

Anybody have any experience with it in a hunting situation?

Common sense is screaming "bad idea" in my head. But with the incredible speed and energy, bullet construction may be less important.

Youtube has a few videos of guys successfully dropping elk at great distances with match ammo.

Google long range hunting.... Or check out Moose down 778M in the precision forum for Berger performance on animals. As far as other projectiles go, power is pointless if the bullet fragments/explodes and doesn't penetrate.
