Anyone bought a Colt 1911 WWI replica?

I have one..Its a very faithful reproduction and I love the carbonia bluing.

How long did you have to wait for it? Guy at the local shop wouldn't even take a guess... He said:you order and forget about it.

They're beautiful.

And they're done, they made 4000 of the O1911 WW1 reproduction in carbonia blue.

They're supposed to release a 1918 model reproduction in black oxide this year. The Model O1918.
