Anyone bought a Rem 7615 pump yet?

Has anyone bought one of these Remington 7616 police pumps with the large, rather controversial magazines?

How does it shoot, feed?

Who do you buy the magazines from?

I'm awfully tempted to buy one for plinking altjhough the price seems like a bit of a gouge
