I just placed an order with them so I wondered if anyone has experienced their customer service. Specified shipping by USPS only.

I use Ben Stoeger instead of dealing with them. Shipping is cheaper that way.

I have. Shipping usually starts around $25US and delivery is approx 7-10 days. I didn't know Ben was cheaper shipping.

Ordered several times and only once did I pay tax. Now I ship to my US Po box.
