Im thinking on a guided hunt down south, would like to do a dog/knife hunt though. Just wondering if anyone has any reccomendations?

I am trying to get down myself and hunt with a friend in the San Antonio area. He only has his CD now as the BMC's, adults and pups, went to hunting homes because his last job left little time to hunt. Building the pack back up now. Going to make my own knife to bring along.
