Anyone ever here been successful in ordering a brownells retro a2 upper?

Was thinking sometime in the future to get a upper retro from brownells. They have the $200 plus charge for paperwork. I dont want to go thru there hassle of importing items that are over there $100 limit.

I was thinking to pay irunguns to import for me to avoid any unexpected paperwork or csba cost.. I'll still pay 200 but avoid any surprises.

Just wondering if anyone has been successful in ordering a upper retro m16a2 or complete retro rifle on this forum?

I contacted irunguns about ordering the proto rifle, no frt yet though. Irunguns did seem open to exporting it minus the lower but didn't get a firm yes/no.
