Anyone got any snipe recipes?

I never hunted snipe before this year, but I now have almost enough for a meal (there sure isn't much meat on them!). Anyone have any suggestions?
 
Snipe are best if you take the small bits of meat from them, saute them gently until they just start to brown at the edges, then coat them lightly in your favorite Rib Sauce, and then put them on the BBQ or under the boiler for a few minutes to glaze the sauce.

Serve with twice baked stuffed garlic, oinion & three cheese potatoes and fresh fiddle heads (boiled, then lightly sauted in a garlic & butter sauce).
