Anyone got their 45/70 SxS?

A couple of folks had ordered the Baikal 45/70 SxS last spring. IIRC some said it would be available in June, then it went to September. Now it's almost November. Did anyone actually take delivery and try one out?

Last I heard is that the 30/06 was going to be available well before the 45/70, which wasn't the case when I had spoken for a 45/70. So God knows when they will finally get here. :roll: I haven't heard anything about them for a while though, and don't know if the '06 is actually on the market yet either. :?

I ordered several from the Cdn distributor for Baikal early last spring ( February)
still have no product, several screaming clients and now they tell me that they may be available next spring. I am looking into importing some of the Spartans from the US directly to try and get my clients shooting before they die of old age. :mrgreen:
