Anyone had a restricted transfer go through in Manitoba recently?

My last transfer was on August 17th and it's still not approved. I don't expect that until end of January or maybe February at the earliest. The CFO will be getting tons of info from ranges for membership renewals over the coming weeks/months to update in their records to keep them busy.

Considering the progress in Alberta and Saskatchewan offices I think they should be forthcoming.

Why wouldn’t you call? I give them 2 weeks and then call, every time they approve on the spot, it’s a no brainer.

I just didn’t want to jump the queue.
I’m sure there are a ton of people waiting for their transfers.
I think after 4 months now it’s beyond any reasonable expectation of service and I will get ahold of them to expedite.
 
Any luck with new transfers coming through? I have two I need to call in and check on, 603###x and 605###x one from

I called (204)984-0715 and was received by an administrator after being on hold for about 20seconds,
I had asked for some information on two pending restricted firearms transfers and if I was missing any information on their end, after giving my pertinent info to identify myself she asked to put me on hold which was no problem.
Just over 5 minutes later I had an email confirmation approving my two transfers in which she came back on the phone and explained everything was well and if I needed anything else.
I told her no this was all I needed thank you very much have a great day, she replied back to me in kind.

If you have transfers waiting give them a call, the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and she got the dang thing done and approved

Just got a transfer in yesterday from a pistol purchased September 3, 2022. It only took 6 months, nice. They must be getting bored of ignoring the pile of transfer requests.
