Tried to buy a cooey from a guy and he could not issue me a transfer number from the rcmp website . I called them and everything check good for my pal , she doesn’t even know why it doesn’t want to issue me a transfer number . I know the line was busy as hell this morning . Anyone else got this problem ?

Funny enough website is ####ed for me , but seller called and it worked … what a waste of time .
Ever hear of "call flooding" ?
Why would anyone even post such a third world problem?
Btw, I never called as I did not wish to clog the lines for those who have real issues.
