Anyone have a HK-05 base and rings kicking around?

Thats the base/rings that fit the HK 940-770-630 rifles they also fit the SL series.

I can't bring myself to modify the receiver to scope it... I'd be the worst Bubba in the country if I end up doing this...

Good luck. I picked up a base from Cals sporting armory in Colorado for $330.00 USD, but I can't find 30mm rings anywhere and I've been searching (predominently in the US) for over a month now. If you go to HKpartsonline.com, they have the 1" rings for $115.00 USD in stock.

Just found your old post while cruising around. I see that Marstar lists the clamp-like H&K scope mounting fixture that I think you want. Yes, yes, I'm sure that its a really cheaply made POS compared to the authentic unit, but then, it might be worth your while to look. Go to the scope mounts area of their website. Good luck.
