Anyone have a PDF file for F-Class plot sheets in meters?

Hi guys I would like to know if anyone can send me a pdf file with all the f-class plot sheets for targets in meters and yards? I would like to be able to print off my own plot sheets.

Are Canadian F class the same as American F class?
