Anyone have any big trips planned this year?

I'm still debating what I'm going to do this year.

Last year I spent 3 days on a river in a kayak solo for deer. Was a great time. Not sure yet if I'm going to do the same or go on foot this time.

It all depends if my Cariboo Moose is drawn or my Vancouver Island(Port Renfrew) Elk is drawn or my Kamloops Sheep...

All depends on what you mean by big trips!!! I'll be flying out for moose in October and then trying to survive a mid January elk hunt in Manitoba. Next year I hope to make it back up to the Peace Country for mulies and moose.

Bighorn sheep in late Oct. Normal 3 weeks off in November for deer and cow moose. Fly-in moose next year in Northern AB, can't wait!!!

Australia for feral culling in August. BC for moose, goat, and mountain caribou in September.

No big trips...just the usual backpacking into the woods in search of whatever happens to be in season at that particular moment.

I usually goto kootenays fernie for elk hunt for around 2weeks. Great time in the mountain with many flats of beer. Cant wait until September !!
