I've been looking and found a few on Ebay.

was wondering of anyone has used one and what they think?

Thanks in advance

Chris

I have been using a Fobus last couple years with a SR9 and have been pretty happy with it. It fits in tight and dosnt move around. Has worn off abit of the black stainless finish from drawing and holstering over and over. Only paid about $25 from Ebay.

Some are great, some not so......I have one i've used with an XD 9 for about 10 years, and it's still going strong. I also have one for a glock that is ok, but the 1911 one i picked up didn't fit well at all. The do tend to be abrasive...not sandpaper abrasive, just seem to wear finish off quicker then a kydex holster. Can't beat the price though.

I bought one for a CZ sight unseen. I took it out of the bag, tried it and then ordered a Bladetech. Very poor quality.

Fobus holsters....

I got one as part of a deal once & immediately flogged it on the EE.

Does that count? :p

NAA.

Mostly shyte, I do have one made for a 4" L frame which fits my K frame OK but others I have seen would not release the gun.

Avoid.

Use one for my Beretta 92's, yes it is cheap and simple with basic retention on the trigger guard.

I got it for $20 on the EE here tho so I have zero complaints with it.

For the dollar spent, it sure as hell beats a cheap Chinese universal drop leg holster.

My K/L frame Fobus is fantastic. Used it for years with 100% satisfaction. So I bought one for my CZ75...and was very disapointed. I had to file the insides of the holsters because the gun would not come out 1/3 of the time. I have not bought a Fobus since then.

Friends tell friends to use Raven

I've switched to Solely Canadian. I ordered a very specific holster late Thursday night and by Friday morning (yesterday) I had an E-mail with pics telling me it was done. Amazing service.

Don't get me wrong, I've loved the Raven stuff I've owned but my original Solely Canadian holster looks new despite almost daily use (dry fire) and multiple courses. Price is comparable to Raven and quality is more than adequate for my needs. Best thing of all was not having to wait 9 months to get it.

+1. I just got my first Soley Canadian the other day and am very impressed! 2 full days of carry with it so far, really like the comfort and gun fit.
