Anyone have the GSG MP40 in 9mm? Have a question

Some guy from Vancouver posted a video on facebook of him playing with his GSG MP40. Besides having a loaded magazine in the gun in his home with his finger on the trigger he shows this part of the video...

Is it just me or does it look like that magazine is holding more than the allotted 5 rounds?
