I currently have an Allen "rabbit" ear bag and I'm really not a huge fan. I find the bulk of the full settles into the ears and thus the base isn't all that stable during recoil. Also, for the same reason you have to squeeze pretty hard to raise the butt of the gun. I'm also a big fan of the fill they use, it's too coarse and I think it is contributing the problems I just listed.
Anyone here wih a good receipe for a home-made rear bag?

Joking aside, a good fill is the plastic bead fill material you can find in craft shops. Won't take on water and is fairly plyable inside the rest
I used heavy zip lock bags, three of them filled them with sand to the right height for me, and placed them in an old denium pant leg, played around with them until they were perfect and cut the leg off and tied it shut, now I have bag that works for me all the time everytime without screwing around.
Tube sock filled with cheap-ass air-soft bb's from Canadian tire. Cheap and very effective.

I cut both of the short sleaves off of one of those elastic type underarmor shirts and filled it with airsoft BBs and corncob media.
