I'm looking for info on an order I placed on May 31. How do I get a hold of someone? I tried calling, I tried emailing, and I haven't heard a thing yet....

I agree, it wasn't a heck of a lot of info. At this point, I think I'm fishing for any response at all. Of course, a response to the PM would have told me you at least got the message and I could have easily given you further info through PM. I've now sent 2 separate emails with the info. I've called and left a message with my contact info.....

Seeing as how you're reading this thread at least, my order number was 18784 from May 31.

Not a lot to go on here. He just said he's looking for info and the order date was May 31st.

Lots of people like to #### on small retailers these days when big box stores bend over for them.

got it now, i see what the issues is, ill get that fixed up today
