Anyone in NS able to help?

Hopefully this is the right forum for this...

I've recently got a new AR upper, and I want to change the threaded flash hider on it. I have all of the parts, with the exception of a crush washer, but what I don't have is the tools to do the job without risking damage to my nice new upper.

Is anyone in NS (preferably HRM) able to help, or recommend someone who can help with this task?

I've heard good things about Sam Adams.

Hoping for something a little closer, as all I really need is a crush washer (which I can order online), and someone with a barrel vise (or failing that, a bench vise and some improv with a drill and some 2x4). It's a fair amount of drive for the 15 minute job, but it's definitely my plan B.
