Anyone in Toronto/GTA wanna help with AR15 work?

I want to replace the handguard on my ar15 but don't have many tools (I live in an already cramped apartment).
Anyone wanna help who has tools and is close by??

If he wants to replace his handguard he can take the upper anywhere he likes! The lower can stay at home locked up. Not hard to figure out!

I picked up a rubber coated garage wall hanger at Wal-Mart for $2.00 that works perfect as a handguard tool.

Not 100% accurate, you can only bring it to those places without asking for a STATT. You could always ask to bring it to a friends house to work on it, it would be up to the CFO whether or not to say no.
