Anyone in Victoria Bc have the tools to do some upgrades on a ar15?

Hello there,
This could be a long shot but here it goes.

I am needing to

replace a free float handguard,
Install a Magpul UBR stock

I was wondering if anyone has the tools in Victoria to do the above and I can maybe pop over and use their tools for ( can’t imagine this taking longer than 1 hour ) for a reasonable amount of money.

Would need to have a Vise, some sort of vise block, a torque wrench, a ar15 armorers wrench.

Or if anyone knows a gun Smith in Victoria that can do this I can also contact to see what kind of price.


It’s gonna cost me about 200$ to buy all the tools and do it my self so might go that route if no luck here :p

Just a quick note... your ATT doesn't allow you to transport your AR/restricted firearm to someone else's house... Better have that person come to you or just go to the gunsmith/store.
 
i thought i could apply for a short term ATT to a gunsmith ? hmmm i guess i will have to figure out the lower receiver work my self -_- these laws are so ridic sometimes.

To a gunsmith yes, your ATT covers that. But you mentioned bringing it to someone's place (an individual) who has tools. Your ATT doesn't cover you for that as they aren't a gunsmith or a gun store.
 
Take it to Pullen's Gunsmithing 1698 Millstream Rd, Victoria, BC V9B 6E7 and he will take care of it for a very reasonable price. Call before you go because he has funny hours if I remember correctly.
