Anyone know a Canadian source for 12ga brass shells?

I could only find US suppliers of empty hulls:

Anything up to 2 5/8" should work fine.

Is is legal to import these empty hulls by regular postal service?

You can buy the magtec ones from Buffalo arms and they will ship them up here by reg postal service, I have ordered them before.

There is no problem importing any number of ammunition components into Canada. The vast majority of the problems are exporting from the US. AFAIK shotshell components aren't restricted by ITAR for export but many places wont export them anyway.

When I "imported" Parker Bros. Meriden 10 gauge brass hulls from TOTW, I used Prophet River as my conduit, as they have an business agreement with a USA Export FFL dealer.
