Anyone know a good source for FN L1A1 parts

I,m looking for a canadian source for FN L1A1 inch parts. Things like pistol grips and or heat shields etc etc.

The wood on my L1A1 looks like someone used it as a toilet brush

FN FAL parts

When I was into FALs there was a place in Matchewan (N.Ont) called Ontario Gun and Tackle run by John Wilke. At that time he had quite a selection of metric and inch FN parts. Even bought a nice IMI Israeli model from John. I believe he is now relocated to Kenogami Ont. under the name "Kenogami Guns". I believe he has posted on the site in the dealer section as "Cohiba". It maybe worth the phone call to see what might be left over.

good excuse to convert your L1A1 to a C1A1 clone , just replace the wood and a few other parts .
