Anyone know how to contact Glades Armory

Hey guys,

Put in an order with Glades armory beginning of December....order shipped 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for the package.
I've tried getting hold of them through their email, but no luck.
Anyone know if this is normal to wait this long (it does have to go through customs) or have any idea how to get a hold of them?

When i ordered my bolt handle it did take a bit, but i dont think quite that long. And there was a lot of weird shipping info on the USPS tracking... Went to north cali to south, back to north, back to south, then new york, then london, UK then back to new york then across in to Canada lol. I wouldn't worry to much about it.

I paid for an order of multiple products they offerback in December as Christmas presents and am still waiting for them. I have sent various e-mails and tried their Facebook page. I received what seemed to be an automated response thanking me for my order but that is about it. They have a nice website with an emphasis on customer service with quotes like....

"our products have been welcomed into the market with outstanding reviews"
"customer satisfaction must be achieved or we will face failure around every corner"
"every single one of us knows what customer service is"
"the one thing binding all of our employees together is our focus on our customers"

This is all BS!!! I wish I never did business with Glades Armory. Are they even a real company of just a scam? Seriously has anyone received anything they sell? Heck, has anyone even received a response to an e-mail that was not computer generated? Maybe I am being hard on them. Maybe the whole company got hurt in a car crash going to their Christmas party. Maybe they are not worth doing business with!!!!!!!

Also it is not USPS that is holding things up. They have been notified electronically that they are going to receive a package from Glades but have yet to receive anything from them.
 
I ordered my stuff and they provided me a tracking number on January 9th. Today is March 30th and I still do not have my order. They do not reply to e-mail etc. If you are smart you will stay away from these crooks. Calling visa tomorrow to cancel payment as I do not think they are even a real company.

They are indeed a real company. I have a bolt handle to prove it. Mine took 2 weeks ish to get to my place.

 
I went through the same thing with them. I was told it was shipped but it didn't turn up. No replies to emails until I told them I was contacting
(FRAUD ALERT) and they then replied to say some international shipments has gone astray and they would ship it "again". It finally turned up.
 
I am still waiting for my Jan 9th order. I think they have just stolen my money and ran. I am going to send them another message and say I am going to contact (FRAUD ALERT) as well.

I finally received my Glades Armory shipment!!!!! Ordered in the beginning of January received it mid May. That whole time I never received a proper e-mail response. Anyway I looked all over the internet and could not find a phone number or address. Now that I have my shipment I have their address and phone number. This will probably be the only place on the internet it will be posted trust me and it is as follows as per what was marked on my package......

Not sure about the whole Glades armory/Sigma components thing but that is who sends you your parts. So if you are sucked into the Glades Armory thing by their nice website and then left out in the cold for 5 months thinking you got scammed and they shut down or something?????? No e-mails responses etc. Here you go.

Probably drop shipped by Sigma. Sigma likely machines their products on request and ships them out on behalf of Glades.

I ordered a lh Savage bolt handle from them years ago, don't recall any issues. Looking for another, I guess I'll look elsewhere this time around.
