Not sure what your best bet is for supply.

Just to be clear though, a .36 muzzleloader uses a .350" ball but a .36 cap and ball revolver uses a .375" ball.

I got my .375" round balls from Dixie Gun Works but, it's probably not the cheapest place, because of the exchange and shipping charges.

How about get a mold and cast your own. It is a nice way to spend an afternoon and quite economical. Pure, soft lead is fairly easy to come by if you keep your ears open.

Both Speer and Hornady make them; I had my local dealer order me a box. No problem.

Although apparently many of the replica 1851 navys need .380 because their bores are slightly bigger than the originals
