If it has the Enhanced Shoulder Thing That Goes Up, it's definitely HK - they developed that technology, which means that not only can you not have it, but the police can't either - apparently the entire of Canada is not cool enough to have the Enhanced Shoulder Thing That Goes Up.It can only be sold to "really cool" EU countries - not like Bulgaria, or Romania, more like Austria and Germany and the Northern part of Italy.
