The 17.25 barrels are finished now, but we haven't received the forearms planed for the builds yet. I guess they are available as is if someone wants to use their own rail or with handguards.
However, not 1/7 the OP is looking for, they're 1/8. 556M chamber and 11deg crown.

This is an 18" SPR we completed recently. The barrel is a 1:7 Rock Creek in a heavy match profile with a .223 Wylde chamber. We can deliver a barrel inside of 2 weeks from an order being placed.
First time out this rifle printed a single ragged-hole group with 77gr match ammo.
