Anyone know where to find some CZ 75 pre B magazines?

I have a friend who just acquired a Pre B CZ 75 and is looking for some spare mags. I know the gun can be converted to take CZ-75B mags but he is hoping to avoid having the gun altered.

Northern Republic has at times carried some. The mags most new production CZs used to ship with also work. These are the ones that have the short body and goofy plastic basepad (before they switched to the Mecgars with the blue follower).

I'll piggyback to OP's question. If one modify the pre-B magwell to take newer style CZ mags, would the pistol still be able to take original pre-B mags? Thanks
