Anyone know where to get a cz 858 receiver?

look south of the Border or a friend with knowledge otherwise doubt u will find it normally in the store/manufacturing market

Keep in mind the barrel on these are pressed. Just replacing the receiver as you would with an AR is not possible for the average human being.

the barrels are not too bad to change as long as you have a half decent press. I just cant beleive how hard it is to find the recivers.

Order a CAI receiver out of the US and have IRG import it. Those are the brand the new non restricted vz are being made by. The stripped receiver shouldn't be a problem if you can source one from them.
