Anyone know who makes a bayonet sleeve?

Looking for one of those sleeves that is held on with the flash hider and allows the bayonet ring to fit properly without too much slop for a 16" AR.

I seen them in a magazine ad years ago but don't know where to start looking in Canada.

Anyone know of a dealer in Canada with them?
