I want t build a semi auto rifle in 9mm and a 19 inches Uzi barrel would be used. Anyone knows how much they fetch? and WHERE I could find one in Canada?

Thanak you. Please, PM for an answer.

They're prohibited by name, so you wouldn't be able to shoot it anyway (if you even have the proper 12(X) class on your PAL); they don't give ATTS for prohibited longarms anymore, but if you want something you can actually SHOOT, you could get an AR in 9mm, a Marlin Camp Carbine, an Ruger PC9, a Beretta Storm (also available as a non-restricted), or even something like a Mech-Tech upper for a Glock.

I think he's talking about just a barrel.

I don't imagine they'd be that common in canada, but you could probably get one out of the states if you could find a seller who would do the US export paperwork.

jkf is right

Jkf is right, I was wondering for a Uzi barrel, not the Uzi or anyother parts of it.

By the way, There is a topic on the Sten Semiauto that answers well to my question as it was to be used with a StenMk3 semiautokit from the USA.

As I stated on that topic, if the mag housing IS the registered part, or even the trigger housing, aren't those parts unaltered on a DEWAT Sten here in Canada? So, the "Once a machinegun always a machinegun" is not valid? Or is it so only in the USA?

Just hope this is a loophole in the law that we could use.
