Looks like Igman alright. Be careful when depriming them, I had that same brass a while back and the flash holes were so small that it caused all kinds of trouble. I drilled some out to proper size, but finally tossed the whole works. ....catnip

I had similar trouble with Igman .222 brass and small primer flash hole. Decapping pins got stuck.

I have some 6.5x55 Igman brass with small primer holes. I drilled them out. I found out the hard way, but I always deprime rifle brass with a LEE deprimer rod and a small hammer.

I've loaded a fair bit of it in 30-06, worked ok for me for general purpose handloads. I don't see why the 243 stuff would be any different
