I'm new to this cartridge and looking for a load to start with. Bullet will be a 169.5 gr. flatbase. Rifle is a 700 Sendero. Does anybody have a load that is working well for them?
Thank you.

a few loads from a 24" m700 SS 7saum I had a couple years ago

160 gr. - Nosler Accubond, 59.5 grs. H4831sc, WLR ~ 2791 fps

162 gr. - Hornady SST, 62.0 grs. IMR 7828, CCI 250 ~ 2893 fps

175 gr. - Hornady Interlock, 60.0 grs. IMR 7828, CCI 250 ~ 2802 fps

I've had sub MOA 3 shots at 100 with Hodgdon H4350 and H414 54 to 57 gr under a 150 ballistic tip.

velocity was 3015 fps at 57 gr of H4350

WLRM primer Rem case.

Great caliber and serious deer medecine. Since i read the Gatehouse 7-08/30-06 penetration test, i have to try The Barnes TSX 140gr for my SAUM.

I know it was a little off topic, but will help if you change your bullet
