I been reading several posts showing the stuff is decent but just wanted to make sure its really non corrosive as describe before I buy.. Anyone have problems?

Great ammo, shoots well. But with norc ammo, personally i always assume its corrosive stated as such or not.

The new production from canada ammo [7.62x39 2014 production] looks good.

I'm a bit wary of the 1995 5.56x45 stuff---i found green crap on my flash hider and chamber after I cleaned and put away my rifle for a month.good thing the barrel was well oiled thus green instead of rust.

There is no 5.56 that's corrosive... Green would be corroding brass (the copper in it) corroding. I've shot probably 1000 rounds of norinco through my T97 without a single sign of corrosion or any issues.

As far as the new copper wash 7.62 x 39 I have also had zero issue... And the dominion 7.62 x 39.. I shot 400 rounds of it then didn't wash the Sks for 3 months... No corrosion.

You know copper doesn't rust, riggghhtt? :)

Well brass and copper will oxidize and protect itself by forming a green covering.
The green coming out of my rifle and flash suppressor freaked me out--the gun was not copper fouled and cleaned every outing.i still have my doubts about the 5.56--the 7.62x39 was pretty clean burning and didn't smell bad...

No company has ever made corrosive 5.56. It's also all boxer primed from what I've seen
