Anyone one using a TechSights front post on their M305?

I've seen their website that TechSights make a front sight post for the M14. I have the TechSights on my 10-22 and they are awesome but my full length M305 would put the smaller pointier front sight post further away.

Has anyone used these?

I've got one. It has a nice ultra-fine NM AR-style front post that is theoretically adjustable in a vertical axis, but in reality offers very little adjustment before it is too high for the detent to retain the post. It would probably be best suited to someone who wants to avail themselves of the wide variety of AR posts available. Hope this helps.

The post it came with was perfect for the 22" barrel M305 mounted on the FH dovetail. I couldn't speak to how well it would work on the shorty, or
if you were using a gas-lock-style dovetail like the Dlask, but you can interchange the sight post with any taller or shorter aftermarket AR post.
The adjustability of the M1A Techsight is only for the very finest of tuning...maybe one mm. of upward adjustment.
