I was trying to order a rifle today. The only shipping option that comes up is the one for parts and accessories... Not firearms. I want "Option B".
I tried your chat thing but nobody replied. I sent an email but no answer yet. I tried different browsers... No luck. Is the site still alive?

I had been trying for the last year to buy a rifle from them because the couple times I talked to Walter, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. I finally gave up and bought it elsewhere. E-mails go unanswered, phone calls are hit and miss, they seem to still be working out how to efficiently ship stuff and there is a trend of these threads popping up semi frequently. Just gonna have to keep trying them on the phone if you want it bad enough. Just remember how hard it is to get ahold of them to give them money, let alone once they have your money...

Take this as a glimpse into the difficulty of pursuing a warranty issue with them. Shop elsewhere.
