Anyone own a Diana Panther 34

I own a 34 Pro Compact .177. Great experience with it. Mine likes RWS Superdomes best. Crosman domed are ok, too. Owned it for 2 years. Have 2500-3000 rounds through it, all stock parts. It's taken a few skwerls...

Don't ever dry fire it. Follow the manufacturers guide for lube and cleaning. Don't get frustrated at first, there's a break-in period. You'll want to snug up the stock screws after every shooting session. After about 1000 shots my screws stopped loosening.
Learn the artillary hold and experiment with hand placement to find your rifle's sweet spot for accuracy/consistency.

Sheep, heard good things about .22 also. Same power plant, just differs in caliber.
You may want to do a search on "Dianawerk Collective" and do some reading there.

WolfyW, what is the rifle on the right with the wooden stock? Is it a B28, if so how do you like it?
I have one but haven't got toshoot it much yet. I find with open sights it shoots left, the front sight insert seems to be not aligned properly.
Sorry for the hijack.

Grey squirrel are native to eastern North America. The black ones are the same species as the grey just a different colour phase. Some were introduced over 100 years ago in the UK and have outcompeted their native red squirrels. Red squirrels are now very uncommon in the UK. Some idiot brought grey squirrel to Vancouver Island so to help the native red squirrels, I trap, shoot and eat the greys. They are very tasty.

Nooooo....the wooden stock would be none other than my brother's Diana 350 Classic in .22 . He was punching through both shoulders at 45 yards.
A little more hold-sensitive, but he's got it figured out and groups as tight as my 34 at 25 yards.

I got my Model 34 .177 in 1988 and it has been an awesome gun! Not sure about the Panther though, can't be much different. I aslo have the Model 54 in .22 side lever, good gun as well, but I more attached to the 34!
