Thinking of picking one of these up, just because i want another 9mm, and for the price of these how can you not. Anyways, ive been looking for a review on here about them. Anyone own/handled one and care to share opinions. Thanks.

Im so glad I found this post. Iv been eyeing an sr9 2 tone at the range for a few weeks now. verry informative, thank you guys!

It's great value. Handles great, shoot well, stainless is cool, and very reliable. You can't go wrong with this one.

Buy it, a couple more magazines, ammo, and shoot the hell out of it!!!

You're likely to find that it's incredibly reliable, easy to strip and maintain, and it'll take anywhere from 200 to 400 rounds to lighten up the trigger.

You CAN look online and find some fixes for the trigger other than shooting it, but triggers are something I don't play with, so I can't tell you how the online trigger fixes work.

I've had mine for a couple years now with over 3000 rnds through it and haven't had a hiccup with it yet.

I love mine! put a few hundred rounds through mine in the last couple months and the only issue I've had is with ammo I've reloaded too light which made it not cycle... all factory ammo is flawless and now that I've got my reloading formula down, no issues at all.

Guess that covers the shipping and Epps is a site sponser, so, go with them:) But Italian is on my daily route and 20 bucks is 20 bucks, so I got one there

So I went to wholesale today and bought the SR9. It was the last one they had, stainless slide, I was hoping for blued, but at 439 bucks, I'll deal with it. Hopefully the CFO is quick, I really want to take it to the range. Will report back with pics and thoughts when I get the ok.

Wow great buy! thats 20 bucks cheaper than I paid!! If you dont like the feel, try the pachymar number 3 grip sleeve, makes a big difference in the feel and at 9 bucks its a good upgrade

Any pics or thoughts yet?

I just got mine today and am taking it to the range tomorrow. I bought mine without holding or seeing one in person - so many reviews have said that it feels natural and good to hold (what HG doesn't though honestly? :) ) but I was a little worried that it might be too small for my hands. Fits me like a glove! Great little pistol for the money, can't wait to play with it! And as fate would have it, SFRC sent me an email announcing a sale on AE 9mm 147gr case of 1000! Coincidence or the Gun Gods smiling on me? :D

Michael Bane used one for the IDPA World Championships (27 Stages!) and he quite liked it.

My only issue is the mag safety but I understand they are easily "disconnected".

I would also prefer the all black one, not wild about shiny slides.

I love it! have about 1000 rds through it now, trigger feels much better than it did at the start, VERY accurate gun! Had some ejection issues with 115grain ammo, now im using 124grain with no problems at all. Gun feels really good, very easy to shoot. Im really happy with my purchase! I think everyone should own one.

Heres my orig. quick range report:

NICE!!! Sounds like I'm not the only one that shoots the hell out their guns. I can barely keep up with the reloading now that my wife has an SR9. Since xmas about 900 rounds and still going strong. Glad to hear you're liking it:)
