Anyone own a T series weaver from the USA?

post a picture, all of my bell markings on my T series scopes are distance both in meters and yards. tell us more about the scope man :D

not mine but the same

I tried to match numbers with focus, don't make sense..

Older scope.

The marks on the tube would indicate the number of revolutions you have turned the adj obj out.
I'm guessing, 100 meters would require one turn out plus a bit of fine adjustment using the numbers 0-10 on the obj ring.
Bill.

It's basically the same as the scale on a micrometer. The lines of the scope tube are the 'coarse' adjustments, the markings on the lens housing are the 'fine' adjustment. The bottom edge of the housing is turned until it exactly bisects the range(?) adjustment line you want, say 4 for 400 yards. The 0-9 scale should then read 0 to be exactly 'on' for that distance (as it is in the photo). If you want to adjust for some position between each whole number, say 450 yards, you would turn the housing so that the bottom edge is between 4 and 5 and the 'fine' adjustment is on 5.

This is an adjustment to correct parallax for a given range of course.

No, thats what I figured, I rotate the oa till I get to numbers, right /left 2,3, 4, and so on, at the 5 mark on the tube its focused at 50-75 meters or so, and if i went to 8 or 9, or 10 it would be focused at 10-20 meters..

Throw it out :D

It is not us model, I have a few of those in the 36 power. I even googled the KT series and they are the same as what I have. Weaver used to make a b series and a j series, the B series was made for air rifles and was marked in meters. I'll keep looking but if you can find out who owns the one in the picture you posted maybe they have an answer.

The set up definately makes for a precise setting though, I kind of like it.

Its a Texas offering, steel tube, and turrets, fine x hairs. what a look , gonna use it for f class this summer.
i think I can just take note of setting at each range . It may even make sense.:D

Not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but the numbers on the tube are hundreds of yards: 1 = 100, 2 = 200, etc., so at say, 9 on the 'oa' and between 7 and 8 on the tube would be 790 yards, wouldn't it??
