I'd like to buy a Glock 22 from Police Ordnance, and I meet the criteria for their police member buyer program, but...I've sent numerous letters, emails etc. (starting in early November 2012) and haven't got any response whatsoever.

Anybody here dealt with them recently (in the search, I found old threads, but no indications of recent purchases from them)?

If so, any indication as to pricing (this was something else I was asking, but still have no response)?

Thx...

I just bought one and had no issues with communication. Its called the IOP Program. Here are the requirements.

Police Ordnance is the largest GLOCK Law Enforcement distributor in Canada, and among the top 10 in North America. As a Law Enforcement distributor, we are able to provide special pricing on new GLOCK Pistols and Accessories to not only Public Agencies, but also the personnel who currently serve with these agencies.

If you are a current officer of a public law enforcement agency, military member, fire service member, emergency services member, search and rescue service member or a provincial or federal crown attorney; you are eligible for this special pricing offer for GLOCK products.

GLOCK Individual Officer Program - IOP

The IOP program was created and is supported by GLOCK Inc. The program allows serving members involved in law enforcement, military and public safety to purchase a GLOCK Pistol of their choice at a special IOP price. As an example this would include members from the follow type agencies.

Peace Officer or Public Officer (Law Enforcement)
Correctional Officer
Canadian Forces (Military)
Firefighter / Fire Marshal
Ambulance / Paramedics - Licenced Paramedics employed by a government agency are elligible.
Conservation/Environment Officer
Federal & Provincial Law Enforcement Officer
Crown Attorney
Nuclear Security Officer
Requirements:

Must have official identification for the agency you are associated with.
Must hold a valid Canadian Firearms Licence.
Each member is eligible to purchase one GLOCK Pistol under this program per calendar year.
Copies of the above documents must be provided to Police Ordnance at time of order.

Please contact our GLOCK IOP sales specialist for more information on the IOP program and to inquire if you qualify for this program. Provide us with the details of which GLOCK pistol model you are interested in along with a brief background of what public service you belong to and what your current status is with this service.

GLOCK Sport Shooting Foundation - GSSF members

The GSSF Member Pistol Purchase Program has been officially discontinued in Canada. GSSF Members should contact a GLOCK Stocking Dealer for their GLOCK Product Requirements.

GLOCK is a registered trademark of GLOCK Ges m.b.H. and GLOCK Inc.

Heres the email.

If that doesnt work call and ask to talk to Trevor Blair. He is the one that handles the IOP program.

Co-worker bought one a couple weeks ago no problem. All done in three days.

Prices are significantly lower then retail. His G22 was less then 500 before tax and shipping.

I've communicated with them by email no problem. Maybe try emailing from your work email. I asked them about a Glock NY1 trigger and they sent me one the next day. If you qualify for the IOP you can't beat the prices.

I ordered one without issue. Email and phone call involved. BTW, the info above states you are allowed one per year but it is actually two.

Try calling them. I had the same problem you were having. Apparently the emails I was sending with their order forms were not getting through to them. I called and a couple of e-mails later I had my new G34. There are a few extra hoops to jump through but the savings are pretty good.

GunGuy34: How much better was the IOP price??

PS: your avatar always puts a smile on my face!

I got a G22 rtf2 with 3 mags ( they ship their guns with 3 mags instead of the two you typically get.) I also had triigon nights installed. Total cost with taxes and shipping was 708 bux. In comparison, wolverine supplies has the same gun for sale with two mags for 741 plus taxes and shipping.

I bought two G17's at the same time..used the same excuse my wife always does..

"They were on sale"

I just bought a G34 through their program - late december order, January delivery. No issues at all; it's the third glock I've bought through their program, and they've always been great. Their criteria have changed a bit - no longer former military / le / government qualifies, has to be current, it seems.

Basically they don't have anything in stock right now. Just waiting on GLOCK to send them product.. Personally waiting for a 34 Gen 4

I just bought mine in Jan of 2013. At the time this is what they had in stock. I bought the G22 RTF2. It shows them as having a gen 4 G34 in stock. It may have sold since, when was the last time you checked?

POC has inventory on the following new GLOCK Pistols:

G-22 FG&R / G-22 GEN4 / G-22RTF2 (.40 S&W)

G-34 GEN4 (.9 mm. )

G-35 FG&R / G-35 GEN 4 (.40 S&W)

G-37 / G-37-GEN4 (45 GAP)

G-31C (357 Sig)

I'm currently in the process of buying a G17 Gen 4. Trevor Blair is in charge of the IOP program and sometimes responds to emails/ calls. You can also upgrade and get various types of sights including the Trijicon sights. The package comes with everything a standard Glock sale comes with.

As for this year's shipment, I called last Wednesday and Trevor said they had left Atlanta that morning. So, they should be in the country soon.
