Anyone recieve add Deer tag yet?

I know the doe results are supposed tobe out on sep 8th but if you call 1-800-288-115 they are out now for some strage reason. What I am trying to find out is if people recieved there additional deer tag? You called in on Aug 7 when it opened wich I did and they claim 10 days youshould have the tag.

I have not recieved it have you guys?

Many thanks for the pointer about the results line being open early Bear I checked and found out I was successful for a doe in area 64A. I had been trying to decide whether to buy an extra tag by phone before August 30 in case I wasn't successful in the draw but now i don't have to. That's why I love tihs site! :D:D

Sweet, I wont say good luck because when eveer I get that I dont do well. I prefer and if you dont mind BAD luck, there I said it and now you should be succesful on your hunt.

Just for curiosity, how many deer tags can one get in Ontario? I picked up two either ### licences for myself and my kids first ever deer license the other day. Thinking that that was hardly worth the gas by itself I also got us both another 4 over-the-counter non-trophy mule-deer licenses apiece. I can still by another non-trophy whitetail licence (I think) and he can buy 3 more, two of which can be either ###. After that they start giving them away, but they are only good in certain zones. There isn't any limit on those ones at all.
I suspect that it may take a long time to acquire hunting experience in the east?:p

In my WMU I believe it is 5

The original license is good for a Buck, any where in Ontario, for any legal hunt. You can also apply for an antlerless option with this Seal, for a specific WMU.

I did get 2 additional antlerless Seals for archery only. Last year we could have purchased 6 additionals, so deer numbers must be down somewhat.

I can also get 2 additional seals for the controlled hunt, which is Muzzle Loaders only in my WMU.

BTW, I checked the draw results line, and did get the antlerless option for the rifle hunt where we go to the North:D

7.62mm

Whoo hoo

8 years of trying for both my dad and I and finally this year an antlerless tag for 62  I bet he'll get one too and the woods will be packed with bucks.
