Anyone reload round nose bullets

I load lots of LRNs for 9mm and RNFPs for .45 ACP.

For centrefire rifles using conventional cup and core softpoints, it may be the case that the greater quantity of exposed lead at the nose of most of these bullets allows bullets to open up more easily at modest velocities in calibres like .303, .35 Remington, or .30-40 Krag. The old 6.5mm Mannlicher Schoenauer gained a reputation for effectiveness well out of proportion to its size using a heavy for calibre roundnose bullet.

The only real disadvantage of the RNSP is its poor aerodynamic properties at extended range.
